Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any items marked as final sale.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at 20nine0six@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at 20nine0six@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
